Case Studies.

Client 1 – Client Abroad:
We collected 23 photo albums from the client’s sister’s house in Surrey.  We unpacked the albums back at the lab; scanned the photos; sorted the scans into folders; repacked the photos back into albums and returned the albums to the client’s sister before sending a memory stick of the images to the client in Dubai.
Client 2 – Client Abroad:
We collected a laundry box containing a mixed batch of photos, slides & documents from an address in Kensington & Chelsea.  We unpacked the albums and photo envelopes back at the lab; scanned the images; sorted the scans into folders; and returned the laundry box before sending a memory stick of the images to the client in Monaco.
Client 3 – Large Family Photo Collection:
We attended the clients address in Surrey.  Upon arrival we scanned 500 photos and loaded the images on to a digital photo frame that was to be a gift for the client’s mother that evening.  We then took away the two plastic crates containing the rest of the family’s photo collection and unpacked; scanned; and repacked the images at our lab.  Finally we scanned a further 1,000 photos that a family member had brought round to be scanned when we returned the plastic crates.
Client 4 – Sensitive Research Papers:
We collected a large box of slides, photos & research papers from an academic at a research institute in Berkshire.  We scanned the materials at our lab; labelled each scan and arranged the images into folders; repaired deterioration that had occurred to some of the images, and returned the newly digitised original materials.
